Harbord Digger All Decked Out for An Endless Summer

Harbord Diggers is now the place to enjoy the summer sunshine with a cold one in hand following the recent launch of its brand-new Corona Beer Garden. The club has partnered with Corona to launch a fresh new outdoor space adjoining the Club's Dig Inn Café and Bar.

With views extending to Curl Curl Beach, the beer garden features a new decked area leading out to the kids play area, as well as shaded tables, lounges and a vintage surfing van, which will act as an outdoor bar during busier periods.

“Freshwater comes to life during the warmer months and our members and guests have been yearning for a vibrant outdoor area where they can sit back, relax and take in our iconic views,” said Dale Hunt, General Manager of Harbord Diggers.

“Our new Corona Beer Garden offers the perfect setting to make great memories with friends and family and soak up the summer sun. As an added bonus, we’ll be offering free live entertainment every weekend in summer from 2pm to 5pm.

“We are excited to now reveal this exciting new beer garden that gives community members a chance to come along and enjoy some simple Australian pleasures – a cold beer, the crisp ocean breeze and a good yarn with family and friends,” added Dale.

Throughout February, Harbord Diggers will have free live entertainment every weekend and will host a free Family Fun Day in the garden on Sunday 26 February from 12pm with a range of fun activities for kids of all ages.

“Harbord Diggers is all about creating a fun day out for the whole family. We’ll be running our Family Fun Day activities adjacent to the new Corona Beer Garden, including a jumping castle, face painting and garden games to keep the little ones occupied,” said Dale.
