Movies, Dancing and Live Shows at Triglav these School Holidays
This September, keep the kids entertained with a range of exciting activities during the school holidays at Mounties Group. From movie screenings, live shows, themed discos, fitness classes and kids’ bingo, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Free Movie Sessions
On Tuesday, 26 September the live action update of the Disney favourite, Beauty and the Beast (2017) will be screened at 1pm in the Starz Room. Featuring all the beloved songs from the original animated movie such as ‘Tale as Old as Time’ to ‘Be Our Guest’, this one is sure to be enjoyed by all the whole family.
Jam packed with action and laugh out loud moments, kids are in for a treat with The Lego Batman Movie screening at 1pm in the Starz Room on Tuesday, 3 October. Get the family together to watch everyone’s favourite reclusive superhero learn to work with some unlikely friends to save Gotham City from the Joker once again.
Bingo!
Get ready to call out ‘Bingo!’ on Monday, 25 September and Monday, 2 October with the return of Kids Bingo. This fun school holiday favourite will be running at 10am with bingo books available for $3 each.
Dancing Fever
Two exciting themed disco events will be on offer. On Wednesday, 27 September kids can wear their favourite football team’s colours loud and proud for the Footy Fever Disco. Then on Wednesday, 4 October kids can transform into their favourite TV, storybook or movie characters for a day at the Heroes, Villains and Princesses Disco. Doors will open at the Starz room at 2pm on both days.
Kids at Triglav won’t be missing out on all the dancing fun with a dance workshop held by Kookies and Kream on Wednesday, 4 October. The hip-hop dance lesson will be sure to get kids jumping, stretching, popping and locking to some funky beats. The class begins at 12.30pm and tickets can be purchased for $8.
Fit Kids
Get the kids up and moving with Fit Kids on Friday, 29 September and Thursday, 5 October. Run by ‘Ignite Gym’, kids of all ages will be able to enjoy a range of fun games, circuits and structured fitness activities. Kick off will be at 2.30pm in the Starz Room and is free for all future sporting superstars to attend.
Live Shows
Kids will be wowed with the Joey Presto Magic Show on Wednesday, 27 September. Tickets can be purchased for $8 for the 12.30pm show at Triglav. Kids will be sure to be amazed by his clever magic and if lucky, could even be in for a treat with a magical appearance of a fluffy bunny!
On Thursday, 28 September Monique, Amber, Adrian and Dan from the smash kid’s TV series, Splash Dance will hit the Starz Room stage at 2pm. Kids can get up and bopping to all their favourite songs in a 45-minute show full of non-stop music and laughs. At only $10 a ticket, this feel good show is too good to miss.
Catch interactive musical journey Fun with Franky and Elsa at Triglav. Take the kids on an adventure with Franky Valentyn, an award-winning children’s entertainer who is sure to have all the kids up and dancing along with his entertaining musical show. Kids will be delighted with a special guest appearance from Frozen favourite Elsa, who will join everyone for a sing-a-long of her favourite songs!
Fun with Franky and Elsa will be entertaining everyone at Triglav on Friday, 29 September at 12.30pm and tickets can be purchased for $8. For all shows at Triglav, three show passes can be purchased for $20 to the Triglav shows with adults and kids under 2 attending for free. The show will also be held in the Starz room at 10.00am at Mounties on Friday, 6 October.
