Members should be aware that no membership rewards or entitlements will expire during the temporary closure of our venues.



As a consequence of the unexpected venue closures, there are a number of correlated amendments that are being made to ensure that no membership rewards or entitlements will expire during the closure.

Membership Period & Renewals 
No memberships will expire due to non-renewal during our closure.  In fact, all memberships that are due for renewal whilst we are closed will be extended for 3 months duration at no cost. Whilst new membership and renewals are not able to be processed in venue during our closure, they can be done so online if preferred.

We want you to remain part of the Mounties Group family long term and have a special offer if you choose to Renew or Join for 5 years. Instead of $24, you will pay just $12 for our reduced 5 year rate. That's 50% off and for a limited time only. 



Club Reward Points
Rest assured that your Club Rewards point balances will be maintained at their current value and will not be touched during this time. No decision has been made on points expiry on the usual 30 June date, and we will be in a position to address this as time gets closer and we are more informed of how long Mounties Group will be closed for. Note, that the expiry date does not apply to Double Diamond and Diamond members.


Birthday Points
From April and the months thereafter that we are closed, members will have the opportunity to visit their favourite Mounties Group club to earn their points once we re-open. Communication will be sent to these members closer to the re-open.


Mounties Rewards, Mounties Dollars & Vouchers
For any Mounties Rewards, Mounties Dollars or Vouchers with an expiry date posted int he period that Mounties Group venues are closed, we will honour these entitlements for four weeks after the date of re-opening. 


Tier Maintenance
We know that your Club Rewards tier is important to you, hence why we have decided to postpone the scheduled tier review that was planned for 1 May. A notification period of 3 months will apply to the next scheduled downgrade.
