Applying for ClubGRANTS is quick and easy
APPLICATIONS FOR THE CENTRAL COAST ARE NOW OPEN
Charities, sporting organisations and not-for-profit community groups are among the worthy causes funded through the program each year.
What is ClubGRANTS?
The ClubGRANTS scheme for the Central Coast is a funding program established through local clubs to assist in developing community organisations. These clubs, which include Club Wyong and Hali Bowling Club, provide support to local charities, sporting/not-for-profit organisations.
There are two categories of funding under the ClubGRANTS scheme.
Category 2 applications are now open and funding is processed through local clubs.
Projects for 2022 must benefit residents of the Central Coast Local Government Area.
2022 ClubGRANTS Category 2
Funding for Category 2 funding is for general community development and support activities, such as junior sport/grassroots sport or veteran welfare activities.
Please note that while there is no official maximum amount, available funding is limited.

What happens if our application
is for an amount over $10,000?
All applications for $10,000 and over will be assessed by the Select Committee and recommendations will be reported to the Full Committee.
If your application is for under $10,000 a report will go straight
to the Full Committee for discussion and implementation.
Our organisation was successful in our application. What happens now?
Successful applicants must complete a ClubGRANTS Final
Report no later than 12 months after they receive their grant.
You will be sent a link to a template if you’re successful.
What happens if our organisation received funding in 2019?
If your organisation received funding from ClubGRANTS in the 2019 round, your funding report form was due 31 August 2020.If you have not submitted your final funding report for 2019 funding you will not be eligible to apply in 2021.
Your report must be sent to the committee, via the link supplied, not to the club(s) that funded your project. Grants officers will forward the reports to the relevant clubs after recording that they have been received.
What happens if our organisation
received funding in 2019?
The next round of applications will close 31st August 2022 at 5pm.
Applications are to be submitted online on the official application form.
2022 ClubGRANTS Category 2 In-Kind
Category 2 In-Kind is Non Monetary support for general community development and support activities, such as junior sport/grassroots sport or veteran welfare activities. Non Monetary support that we provide are room hire, prizes for fundraisers and so on.
I have submitted application. What happens now?
Your applications will then be considered by the Board of Directors at their monthly meeting. Once the Board has reviewed your application, you will be notified with the outcome. Successful applicants must complete a ClubGRANTS Final Report no later than 12 months after they receive their grant.
