Mounties Signs Olympic Gold Medalist, Chloe Esposito As Sports Ambassador
18 Mar 2020To celebrate the encouragement and enjoyment that sports brings to the community, Mounties has announced Chloe Esposito as their new sports ambassador.
Claiming Australia’s first gold medal at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games in modern pentathlon, Chloe Esposito, will be providing advice and mentorship to young Mounties sports members. Starting her sporting career at the young age of five, Chloe was on the Mounties swim team until age 14, where she continued working toward achieving her sporting ambitions at the gym facilities offered by the Club.
Motivating younger athletes, in particular students, Chloe aims to inspire younger athletes in pushing themselves to aspire their sporting dreams.
“When you’re training early in the morning before school and training late after class, you sometimes wonder what it’s all leading to – but I honestly believe that if you propel yourself forward and stick to your commitment, you will see the light at the end of the tunnel,” Chloe said.
“When you have a club as supportive as Mounties backing you, it makes it so much easier to keep pushing forward and I promise you, you won’t regret it.”
Kevin Ingram, Mounties Group President, said, “It’s exciting to have Chloe Esposito, a member who grew up with Mounties, give back to the community and help where she can, providing invaluable mentorship to the next generation of sports stars.”
At a season launch on Wednesday, 7 March, Mounties announced its major sports partners for 2018: Brydens Lawyers, Peter Warren Automotive, betting.club, Richmond Residential and Sultan’s Automotive Repairs. Mounties also signed 12 other bronze, silver, gold, training and apparel partners to add to the eclectic mix of partners.
