On the upper ground level at Harbord Diggers, residents have easy access to a private garden and sitting area with views across to Curl Curl beach offering the perfect place to take in the ocean breezes.
Just a short comfortable stroll from the private garden is the resident lounge, the hub of the village with a dedicated library, spacious lounges, entertainment and piano.
The lounge is the perfect place to sit back and read the Sunday paper or enjoy a drink with friends on a Friday night while you wait for pizzas to cook in the terrace woodfire oven.
For wine lovers, Watermark Freshwater will provide access to a dedicated wine cellar to store all your favourite drops and for the creatives, an arts and craft room that will keep you inspired for days.
When you require a helping hand, the maintenance team is readily available. From changing a light bulb to hanging a painting or moving heavy items, assistance is on hand to make life easier. With the small things taken care of, residents are able to spend time relaxing with loved ones in Watermark’s beautiful private spaces.
While most of the residents at Watermark Freshwater lead an active lifestyle, it is comforting to know that if required, support and care can be provided.
Facilities are fitted with 24-hour emergency call buttons and on-site health check-ups are available to guarantee residents will be well looked after. Watermark’s trained staff can aid residents in connecting to in-home support services, including home nursing, meals and pet care.
