Triglav Keeps Kids Entertained With School Holiday Activities

Mounties Group have a range of exciting activities lined up for the Winter school holidays this year with movie screenings, live shows, games and meal deals for both kids and families to enjoy.

A touch of magic at Triglav

Triglav are adding a little magic and sparkle to the air with their free Witches and Wizards family fun day on Sunday, 2 July. Grab a broomstick, put on a hat and whip on a cloak for the ultimate magical day out with jumping castles, face painting and prizes for the best-dressed. Kids will receive one free kid’s meal with
every single meal purchase and can be for $15 or more at Trigs Bistro.

Live shows

There are four live shows scheduled across the school holiday period to entertain adults and kids alike. They include: Clowning Around, Fun with Science, Karate Panda and The Fairies.
Get silly with your friends at the ‘Clowning Around’ show on Monday, 3 July. The live performance will be held in the Starz Room at Mounties with two silly clowns causing chaos with mad antics.
Back by popular demand, family favourites Kozi and Pinky will be at Mounties on Friday, 7 July with their interactive ‘Fun with Science’ show. With three sessions running throughout the day at 10.00am, 11.00am and 12.00pm, the live show will see kids getting their hands dirty by creating gooey slime and other interactive experiences in the Elizabeth Room.
For all the Kung Fu Panda lovers out there, get into the spirit of martial arts with Karate Panda. A fun and collaborative live show on Monday, 10 July at 10.00am, kids will be sure to have a blast practicing their
moves. Explore Fairyland with The Fairies at Mounties on Wednesday, 12 July. A performance filled with magic and giggles, The Fairies will get kids dancing and singing across three sessions at 10.00am. Members and guests can purchase tickets to all four live shows for $25 or $8 each for members, and $12 each for guests.

Movie magic at Mounties

Members and guests will have the option between two movie screenings on Wednesday, 5 July. The colourfully animated movie Sing, will be screening at 10.00am in the Starz room. The amusing and cheerful musical will be sure to get kids humming along to the sweet singing animals. Doctor Strange, Marvel’s 14th Cinematic Universe movie will be screening at 6.00pm in the Starz room. Action packed, this movie will appeal to kids and adults alike.

Singalong at Mounties

Be prepared to be whisked away into the witty and heartfelt princess fairy-tale of Frozen, with a magical singalong on Thursday, 6 July. Elsa and Anna will be making a special appearance to surprise and delight their lovely fans. Perfectly fitting for winter, kids will be seriously entertained by fearless Anna, mountaineer Kristoff, Snow Queen Elsa and funny snowman Olaf. The free event will be held in the Starz room from 1.00pm at Mounties.

Bingo!

Kids can get their bingo pens ready for the school holiday bingo event on Tuesday, 11 July at Mounties. Doors open at 10.30am and bingo books can be purchased for $3 each.

Petting Zoo

Kids won’t want to miss the loveable animals at Mounties’ Kindifarm mobile petting zoo on Friday, 14 July at 12.00pm. Hold and cuddle little animals while Kindifarm assists with educating visitors of all ages about animals by sight, sound, smell and touch. Entry is free to all members and guests.

Games Spectacular

Kids can head to the KAOS arcade for 1 ½ hours of unlimited games Monday to Friday from 12.00pm to 4.00pm. Included in the $15 unlimited games package, kids can enjoy tasty nuggets and chips at Fresh café.
